Career Transition Coaching

Coaching support for individuals navigating career transitions such as becoming a working parent and returning to work. For clarity and confidence.

We support new working parents adjusting to the return to work, and offer coaching for those navigating this transition and wanting to understand their next steps.

Delivered 1:1 or in groups and shaped around where you are.

1:1 coaching programmes typically run 3–4 sessions; group sessions run 90 minutes for up to 6 people.

Leadership Development

Executive coaching for leaders being asked to step up - into more presence, more influence, and more responsibility.

Delivered 1:1 or in group/team settings, shaped around the demands of the role, environment, work culture and organisation.

We support the first months in a new or expanded role, identifying quick wins and building a 90-day plan. Alongside this, we offer coaching to help you show up with clarity and confidence - exploring who you are at your best, and how to bring that into the room with clients, boards and teams. We also work on stakeholder engagement: team dynamics, handling challenging situations, and planning for promotion and succession.

  • Our Career Transition Coaching programmes are for both organisations and individuals navigating career transitions, whether that be pregnancy, adoption, returning from parental leave, redundancy, menopause or retirement.

    Our Leadership Development programmes are for both organisations and available for individuals to invest in. We usually see Partners, Directors and senior leaders stepping into bigger roles when they require our coaching support.

    Independent Advisory is for organisations.

    We welcome enquiries from both organisations and on an individual basis.
