Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are confidential between you and your coach. Where coaching is commissioned by your employer or another organisation, we will not share the content of individual sessions with them without your explicit consent, unless you are at risk of serious harm. Any reporting provided to an organisation client will be limited to aggregated, anonymised themes and insights, not individual session content, unless you have separately agreed otherwise in writing. This confidentiality does not apply where we are required by law to disclose information, or where we have genuine concern for your safety or the safety of others.

Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Fees: All fees for services or packages must be paid in full, unless a structured payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation Policy: We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate. Organisation clients may agree a different cancellation policy as part of their commercial agreement, which will take precedence over this clause.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of That Spark Coaching Ltd, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. You may, for your own personal, non-commercial use only, retrieve, display and view the Content on a computer screen, download and store the Content, or print one copy of the Content.
